Shipping Policy

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. Our processing time takes 1-3 business days from your order date. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped! Shipping takes 1-5 business days after order processing to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. Packages shipped to a PO BOX will be shipped via USPS only.

We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed on a Friday will be processed on the next business day (Monday). We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please contact our shipping providers, FedEx, UPS OR USPS directly in regards to your shipment status once you receive your shipment confirmation.

ELLEVEN GLAM LUXE is not responsible for your package after it has been shipped. International Orders Yes, we do ship worldwide! International orders shipping may take 3-15 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. International shipping costs on our website does not cover tariffs charges by your home country. Shipping times may be longer during sales, promotions, and holidays. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT offer refunds. This is due to the hygienic and sanitary nature of the products. All sales are final. Once hair extensions have been opened, they cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. If you have any questions concerning our Refund policy, please contact us at: Support@ellevenglamluxe.co Returns and Exchange Policy Returns and exchanges are permitted for items that are damaged or processed in error. Returns and Exchanges are not allowed once items are installed, worn, colored, used, or rubber bands and zip ties removed, etc. & it's non-refundable.

 

Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received. Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 5 days of receipt in for returns to be honored. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service email at support@ellevenglamluxe.co. Once we received your item back to our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you once the new item has been shipped out to you along with a tracking number sent to your email.
