Refund Policy Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT offer refunds. This is due to the hygienic and sanitary nature of the products. All sales are final. Once hair extensions have been opened, they cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Returns and Exchanges are not allowed once items are installed, worn, colored, used, or rubber bands and zip ties removed, etc. & it's non-refundable. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received. Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 5 days of receipt in for returns to be honored.
